Seaside Rose was a wonderful place for our annual friends reunion. It had enough rooms and bathrooms for each of us to have our own and laundry facilities on each floor. It was spotless and well stocked with everything we needed. There were so many common areas that we didn’t even get to use them all. Cushions and towels were abundant for the pool and spa. We brought beach chairs down to the beach and enjoyed the ocean and sand. The grill worked great for cooking steaks. Kitchen was excellent for cooking indoors. Location was perfect for us. Walking distance to Publix. Easy to drive over the bridge to get into St. Augustine. We loved our time at the house.

We booked this property for a wedding weekend and it could not have been more perfect. The location is so convenient and the house offers plenty of space and comfort. Each Flor can host a separate group of families pretty easily. It was a wonderful combination of privacy and togetherness. The balconies gifted, amazing views each morning and evening. The kids absolutely loved the pool and everything we needed was already at the house. Communication with the host was very easy. We hosted a wedding reception and the only hiccup was parking. There is limited parking, but even with multiple guests and vendors we were able to work it out.

Me and my kids and grandkids and sister and family really enjoyed this home in the spot. We enjoyed the beach and the owners communicated with us the whole time they took care of anything that there was a problem. The pool got dirty because the weather the night before she sent somebody out there to clean it. It’s a real remarkable place to stay.

Place was clean. Location was close to downtown St. Augustine. Quiet and relaxing.
