Great place. Ideal for a large family reunion. We had a wonderful stay.

Excellent stay. It’s a little less than a 10 minute walk to the beach but they provide all the essential beach-going equipment you’d need as well as a cart to transport it. The place itself is very well stocked and clean. Excellent stay

This home is an excellent property. Comfy beds, plenty of room, plenty of parking and the most well stocked kitchen we have ever stayed at. 2 full size fridges as well as a smaller one out in the pool house so plenty of food storage for large groups and a good size pantry. They even had a food processor and a ninja instapot. It was just amazing the pots/pans. I mean you need to bring nothing. Plenty of TP. You don’t even need to bring beach chairs as they have plenty of them for guests use. Even beach umbrellas and a wagon to haul stuff to beach. Excellent communication from mgmt as well. The only thing that would have made it better was if it was closer to the beach access… but we all needed the exercise. We used our p/u truck to haul our chairs down to the access and then drove it back to the house. There is a Publix and a Winn Dixie within a mile of the house. There is a beach access ramp 2 blocks away if u want to take your car to the beach. There really isn’t enough space to tell u all about how great this house is. You will not regret staying at this house.

We just spent a week for our annual family vacation of 16. We had a great week! This property well-accommodated our travelers. The only downside for us was the walk to the beach, along with the chairs, tents, and beach bags, which was daily for us. The July heat and also the afternoon storms presented challenges in getting there and back.It was nice to have some items like coffee and paper goods to help us get started with the week.We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the tiki bar. It was also nice to have so many TVs! We vacation with our family to St Augustine every year, and finding “the perfect house” for us is a challenge, but this one as our first visit was a positive choice.

House was beautiful! Very clean, very spacious. 3 refrigerators. Huge kitchen plenty of bathrooms. Our family enjoyed our stay.
