Island Charmer Cottage/Downtown/Beach

Positive: Convenient location for a short drive downtown and to the beaches. Great yard for the pups, and well-appointed for any stay-in needs. We had a great time!

Needed a place to stay for my son’s college graduation and a place to hold a get together afterwards. This was a quaint little house with a fenced yard that our dog loved (bigger dogs would likely be able to clear part of the shorter fence but it worked for our Bassett Hound). House was on the smaller side but had plenty of room for our sleeping party (6) and for the grad party we hosted of about 10 people. The location was fantastic as we were close to old town and also close to St. Augustine Beach area as well. The neighborhood was amazingly quiet and very safe, we felt completely comfortable walking our dog late at night or before dawn. Communication by the management company was outstanding. We had a small issue while we were there (not the fault of the host) and everything was communicated and taken care of quickly and pretty much painlessly. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

A brilliant place to stay when visiting St Augustine and area. The house had everything you could need including everything for the beach. A lovely comfortable house which was welcoming and a great place to relax after a busy day

Excellent location, enjoyed walking around the area. The house was very comfortable, with great spaces to sit together inside and outside. And the hosts were kind and responsive with all of my questions. 5 stars!

This small home has everything you need, and the location couldn't be any better. It sits within walking distance of almost everything. Our favorite was sitting out on the Pier at the Conch House with a cold adult beverage near the end of the day. It being pet friendly is just the icing on the cake. It's nice enough to enjoy sitting outside whether its for dinner or drinks and the fenced yard was just perfect for our two pups. This property is Highly Recommended by experienced VRBO travelers.
