Tranquil Treehouse Retreat Walk to Beach, Amphitheatre & Lighthouse

Aside from a few minor things this property is wonderful and Nicholas addressed any concerns we had. The cleaning crew does an amazing job, however the maintenance crew could use a little push. The garbage was supposed to be pulled to the curb on Monday by the maintenance

Wonderful place to stay that is close to everything St. Augustine has to offer and more. Positive: We loved staying at Treehouse by the Sea. The location is easy to get to and close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The house was clean upon arrival and stocked with everything we would need for a 4 day stay. The bed's were very comfortable and I loved that there was a movable fan in every room (I like sleeping with a fan on). We only ended up with 4 people sleeping here but it definately comfortably fits 10. We can't wait to stay here again and for a longer stay. Negative: The departure cleaning instructions were a little confusing. The instructions emailed and the instructions inside the home were a little different. We followed the instructions that were in the home, but felt uneasy leaving because we weren't sure 100% sure what we should have done. Though what was expected wasn't unreasonable. The cleaning fee was a little high as well but we felt the overall price of the stay was fair.

Very spacious house , with pretty much all the amenities. Had a great time .

Hello everyone, i have to say all my family loved the house, super private which i love having privacy. The rooms were super comfy... the kithen spacious the table and living room with big fat sofas. There were 2 details i have to mention, 1st, is that in your room pictures from the web showed 2 bunks twin beds and a queen and happens to be 1bunk twin bed, which 2 of my brothers children had to sleep with them in the master. That was a bummer and 2nd is that the shower drain from the masters was a bit clogged. I would say that! Was the only thing the rest was just perfect... maybe for future reference you might wanna tell the owner to have a kettle for hot water and a espresso machine lol just saying. But overall everything was on point. the communication with Tom was fast, everytime! Well witouth anything else i would definitely rent this house again ... great for any occasion. Thank you all for your great service!
