Beach Break

Our fridge stopped working same night as we got there and was told that the part would be there by Tuesday or Wednesday of our trip that’s 5 days with no fridge or ability to cook for my family. The host does the cheapest option possible and left us with only a mini fridge for our whole 8 day stay. They did not care that we lost over 300 dollars of food or that we didn’t have cold food storage for the entirety of our trip. I wouldn’t tend this condo or anything from Quail Hollow in the future. Also their beach access is horrible you do better going to public access and they have ducks that poop and swim in pool area.

The property was what we expected when we arrived. There were several cleanliness issues we communicated to the property Manager during our stay. There was a refrigerator issue that caused ongoing freezing problems that was never resolved after multiple complaints to the property Manager.We enjoyed our stay overall and any issues should be easily resolved for future customers.

The location is great. The complex is good. The condo needs some work. It was the worse equipped kitchen we have ever rented. The sliding glass door sounded like a train every time we opened it. The front door was hard to close and lock. The condo needs some attention then it would be comfortable. Definitely not what we expected.

The biggest attraction to this property is that it is beachfront. However, the boardwalk we were supposed to have access to got locked while we were at the beach. I called the help number and was told they would call me back immediately but never did. Luckily a resident let us in but it was very inconvenient and we will not be returning to this property.

We found everything we needed & the condo was clean and quiet. Just a short walk to the pool & to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!
