The White House Island/Hot Tub/Bch/Downtown

Negative: We were kicked out of the property after one night because the house was under new ownership and the property management company did not have legal right to rent it out. I had to pack my family up and find a different place to stay and the place we found did not have enough bedrooms for my family. This was VERY inconvenient and unprofessional. My vacation was ruined. We had already bought groceries and got settled in and after one night we had to pack up and leave and find a way to keep the groceries from spoiling. We feel like we were scammed because we booked the rental on July 14 and records show the house was sold on July 10th meaning it was never the property management group legal right to rent the property. This is unacceptable and not fair to me and my family and I would like a full refund. Also Booking.com told my wife I have to pay a cancellation fee to receive a refund. That is EGREGIOUS!! I didn’t ask to cancel anything. I held up my end of the agreement and I was kicked out of the property after. I will be speaking with a lawyer about this situation if I cannot get it resolved

Awesome! Would recommend to everyone! Positive: Beautiful place to stay. Beds were comfortable. Negative: TV in master bedroom didn’t work to increase the volume. Mold in outside chairs.

Absolutely fantastic super clean in a great neighborhood. Management company was awesome. Very helpful super easy after hours check in. We will always stay here from now on in St. Augustine. You won’t be disappointed with the house

Overall stay was great. Hot tub DID NOT work but it did not affect the stay. Property is close to everything and spacious. A great weekend place!! Thanks!!

House was clean and well stocked with all the things we needed. Best of all it’s in a great walkable location.
