The pictures really did the home justice everything was what we had expected my family had the perfect week I highly recommend VRBO and this property the whole transaction was perfect from begining to the end.

This house was exactly as listed, beautifully decorated, within steps to the beach. For our multi-generational family it was perfect. The backyard area was outstanding and used every day which has not always been our experience when renting a beach house. The rooftop deck was perfect at sunset. The only reason for a four star review was an issue that we had with the downstairs bathroom which has since been rectified. Otherwise it would have been five stars. Definitely would rent again.

This was our third year at Sol Mate. Every year the property has improved and been upgraded. The addition of the outdoor kitchen and arbor area was wonderful. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking supplies and the addition of a second dishwasher was extremely useful. Very well kept property. The game room and TV room are another great addition to the property. Linens and some paper products are included. There are also 2 coffee makers and a Keurig for the morning. Conveniently located. With in walking distance to restaurants.

Very nice accommodations for our family including 5 children under 7. Had a great stay.
