Sea Gem

Everything we wanted it to be! Positive: The location was amazing! So close to the beach! We stay in the area every summer and this was one of the best stays we’ve had. The upstairs room was the perfect hang out space for all our families, while the downstairs provided quiet and privacy or a place for the teens to hang away from us nosy adults lol. The house was very clean and very well stocked. We didn’t have to buy any necessities and the provided towels, linens, dish ware, beach items were more than enough. We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor shower, too! The staff was super responsive and very friendly. Would stay again. Negative: I can’t think of anything that stood out as negative. We did have a couple of very minor issues that we reported, but these did not affect the quality of our time at the house and the manager was very responsive and helpful.

Great week! Positive: The house was great!! The view from the living area is amazing! Our family throughly enjoyed our stay. The walk to the beach was so easy. The wagon and beach chairs were a great bonus. Another plus was the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner provided. I highly recommend this rental property. Marsha

We stayed at Sun Gem with all our adult children and my parents for the week. It is big and comfortable with a great backyard, plenty of comfortable beds, plenty of parking, and a really easy path to the beach. Lots of supplies and indoor and outdoor games and beach chairs and nice extra touches to make the stay easy. We really enjoyed it. The only thing I would warn about is all the bedrooms are on the first floor and the big living room and kitchen are up some pretty steep stairs. My 84-yr-old parents just took their sweet time going up and down and it was fine but I was concerned. There IS a full bathroom upstairs so they never had to hurry down for any reason!

The home was very spacious for our family of 10. The view of the beach was such a treat. The various outdoor and indoor games provided hours of great fun for kids and adults alike. It was a beautiful setting for making memories!

While I didn’t have to correspond with the owner often, I did receive timely replies when I did. The home is very large and allowed our group of five to spread out! The beds were comfortable and the sheets were nice. Some of towels were somewhat worn though. The kitchen was well supplied!
