Atlantic View Htd Pool/Spa/Ocean/Slps 12

This was my first experience renting a house and I was very disappointed. I will be going back to staying in a hotel whe Positive: The property was in a great location, beautiful beach and very quiet Negative: The property did not look like the pictures. Very run down, rusty door ( one of my guests cut their hand) lots of bugs even roaches in the home( there were holes in the back patio door frame), no pool loungers or beach umbrella as advertised. Outdoor patio table was old and rusty with no working umbrella so we couldn’t eat outside. Grill was filthy and out of propane. Opened the downstairs couch so kids could do a sleepover together in the playroom and mattress was stained and disgusting. Couldn’t use putting green because it was all messed up.

Perfect beach and gathering experience! Positive: The property is very well appointed, with great attention to detail. It is right across from the beach, the heated pool, hot tub, mini golf, bikes, hammocks, fire pit, lots of parking, updated kitchen, bathrooms, multiple coffee areas, beach towels…it is so thoughtful , comfortable, and welcoming. The pre-stay and check-out communication with the management company is excellent, and they very much wanted our stay to be positive. Negative: Our stay was perfect. The only aspect that we did not like is that with the cleaning fee charge, we would expect to leave things tidy, but not stripping beds.

Very nice property and stay

Exactly as advertised. Awesome house. Great setup for family/friends with divided living areas. The backyard was spectacular! Perfectly set up for the very large pool! Great entertaining areas outside as well with both shade and sun all day long.

Overall, an average place. Poor response from property manager. Mentioned quite a few concerns on the first day, nothing was addressed other than having the internet restored. One of the sliding doors did not lock. Listing information did not match. No useable beach chairs or umbrella. Hot tub was dirty. Three large roaches throughout the week. Primary shower drain was clogged. Needs some TLC. Pool was outstanding and location was superb. A lot of places to stay, wouldn't stay here again.
