Atlantic View Htd Pool/Spa/Ocean/Slps 12

Positive: The location was great . Negative: It states there is 4 bedrooms but only three actual bedroom. There no broom or mop left for cleaning up so we had to buy our own . There are no remotes that work the actual tv upstairs which was a bummer considering we had to spend most time indoors due to weather . The pool did not turn on or circulate the whole time we were there and needed to be cleaned out . The bicycle chains were super rusted and could not be used .

We had a lovely time at the rental and barely left because it is walkable to the beach and the outdoor and pool area are so enjoyable! The property is well stocked to include the kitchen also with towels, beach chairs etc. We had plenty of room, his is a great family place!

Great house, great location. To say we Enjoyed the pool and outside area is an understatement. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The privacy was relaxing. Everything was perfect. Please tell the owners that we loved everything. My wife loved the tree art downstairs (she’d love to know where you found it). We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

We had a lovely time at the rental. We barely left because it was walkable to the beach and back several times a day. We loved how convenient it was. The property was well stocked in the kitchen, towels, etc. We had plenty of room for our family of 6. Great family place! We could have fit even more people.

This was my first experience renting a house and I was very disappointed. I will be going back to staying in a hotel whe Positive: The property was in a great location, beautiful beach and very quiet Negative: The property did not look like the pictures. Very run down, rusty door ( one of my guests cut their hand) lots of bugs even roaches in the home( there were holes in the back patio door frame), no pool loungers or beach umbrella as advertised. Outdoor patio table was old and rusty with no working umbrella so we couldn’t eat outside. Grill was filthy and out of propane. Opened the downstairs couch so kids could do a sleepover together in the playroom and mattress was stained and disgusting. Couldn’t use putting green because it was all messed up.
