Fantastic house on the water and walking distance to historic downtown. Positive: The location is hard to beat. It’s right on the water next to historic downtown. The rooms were spacious with gorgeous views and could sleep many kids and adults. The game room was a ton of fun and a major hit for the family. Clean throughout and many full bathrooms. Negative: Stiff mattress in master bedroom. Noisy washer and dryer.

Wonderful property

Wonderful property at a great location. 3 blocks to San Marcos National Park Service, 10 minute walk to downtown, & 5 minute walk to historic district. Rooms & kitchen were great & stocked with essentials.

Labor Day weekend at Bella Vista

Beautiful house. Super convenient and close to fort and historic district. Convenient dock right on the ICW. Responsive host. We had a great time and will book again in the future.
